Sometimes, you don't realize the weight of something you've been carrying

When you feel emotional discomfort, check where is it coming from. Maybe you carry something with you that does not belong to you anymore because you grew. ~ Mila Lansdowne

When times get thought our body adjusts to the hard condition gradually and we do not notice how much of the weight we have on our shoulders; we only notice the difference when it is gone and we suddenly have new breathing space. The weight we carry may be factual or temporary or it can be in form of conditioning/beliefs we developed or adopted and the release requires different approach to exchange/replace not-serving beliefs with those that serve and support us. ~ Mila Lansdowne

It’s really up to the individual for how long they want things to bottle things inside them. The longer you bottled it up inside the more weight it gets inside you. So release as soon as possible whatever is bothering you. ~ Maricor Morales

Sometimes I forget about the burdens on my shoulders because I’m so busy with others and when the night comes, I’m reminded of the weight on my shoulders. It’s the irony that lifting other’s burdens also lifts my burdens too. Life is mysterious and unknown. Sometimes, I don’t even know what to feel. ~ Nkauj Vaj
