Chin up and face the world.
With head down you can’t face your destiny. So keep it up!
Even if you’re head is hanging low, don’t give up. We all feel like that at one time or another. When you get into a tight place, everything goes against you. There comes a time when you just can’t hang on a minute longer. Never give it up then, for that is the place and time that the tide will turn. The place which may seem to you as the end of everything might just be the beginning of something new. If it’s hell that you’re going through, keep calm and carry on. Don’t give up. Never!!!
Smile & the world smiles with you. It is amazing how even when you hurt inside if you are able to share a smile with others how you start to feel better too.

Keep your faith and keep pressing forward and don’t look back, forward is the only way to travel and you will be surprised how well you overcome all the obstacles that come your way. ~ Sandy Clark
The people who are positive and realistic can always keep their heads up provided that they are treated honestly whatsoever the situation is. ~ Tabinda Khursheed
I admire them more when they keep their “humble” head up. And that’s because what may be considered “a lot” for one person may not be so for another. Humility is the key to dignity and grace through troubling times, not the desire for recognition. ~ Scott Ihrig
I also admire people who can admit they need help and support. Keeping head up doesn’t mean anything. The most important thing is what you feel inside. It’s important that you don’t close your heart and make yourself hard and empty inside and proud outside.
We don’t have the ability to do this with our own human strength. For me, I always ask God to walk me through things. ~ Sandratra Kerr
