It’s what on the inside that counts. Live life on your own terms.

We all should honor our uniqueness and love our self before we love others so we can allow others to give love to us.

Love what you’ve got, you’ve earned it. You have worked hard all your life so be proud of your body, your wrinkles and all the other thing that happen to your body as you age. ~ Brenda Smith

Being a person who has battled Hypothyroidism all of her life, it’s very hard to remember this because people are going to judge. Sometimes a person’s circumstance is out of their hands. I don’t think a size of a person’s body can really tell you anything about their health. I am a very active person, and I exercise at least 5 days a week, and I eat very healthy. My disease has put me at a very heavy weight sometimes and it is beyond my control. Other than my Hypothyroidism, I am 100% healthy, even at my heaviest. We are more than our circumstances and again, the outside doesn’t always reflect good or bad health. ~ Mari Delgado

If you’re eating the right food and exercising then don’t worry, but if your eating crap, smoking and drinking until the cows come home and moving very little, or not eating more then a lettuce leaf and burning off all the calories you’re consuming that’s a different story. There’s many different types of unhealthy, but if your honest with yourself and are doing the best you can do, who’s to judge. ~ Faye Chandler

You have to be happy with yourself before you can be happy with someone else. So I do love this & all our bodies changes as we get older. It’s the way God made us. Sure I don’t like it that I don’t have that real flat stomach I had as a teenager but my muscle were cut so many times & now I have this muscle condition I really can give up that hope, but so what I’m not a teenager, I’m an adult. Go with the flow & be happy. God loves me. Then there are those of us like me that are unable to exercise due to medical reasons & can’t eat as many people would call it certain “healthy” foods because my stomach is paralyzed & can’t take it. I can only eat what I can eat what I feel like will stay down be it McDonalds or what. But I’ve never or will ever judge a person because of their size. ~ Pam O’Berry-Bell

Woman do got it rough but when you got right person in your life you should never concern yourself with that because someone who loves you only see’s you for what’s inside. Worrying leads to depression. ~ Steve Myers
