Even the nicest people have their limits

Even the nicest people have their limits

Some people confuse kindness for stupidity.

We can always be nice. What I have learned both personally and professionally it is more about setting healthy boundaries and expectations for others on how to treat you or your business/team and being fully transparent instead of expecting others to read your mind or pick up on your frustration. If we get to our “limit” being nice then we need to stop and think about how we allowed that to happen and how we can set better expectations & boundaries on how we want to be treated both in personal communication/interaction and professional relationships and contracts. If you allow yourself to reach your limit you are going to hit that goal. ~ Erica White
